Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can also reschedule directly through the link in your confirmation email.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Table deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your session or for no-shows. We will hold your table for 15 minutes before marking your booking as a no-show.
  • Private Events & Party Space Hire: Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.
